Lifetime Servant. Trusted Leader. Conservative Voice
for Our County.
Kevin Pounds has a spent a lifetime showing up with it
mattered most. As a Battalion Chief with Lubbock Fire Rescue, Kevin didn’t make
speeches or go after headlines – he made decisions that saved lives. Whether it was leading in crisis, managing
retirement funds with integrity, or mentoring local youth in agriculture,
Kevin’s entire life has been defined by one thing: service over self.
He's not running for a title. He’s running to deliver
results.
A fourth-generation Lubbock County native, Kevin’s
roots run deep in the Acuff, Idalou, and Roosevelt communities. He’s a graduate
of Roosevelt High School, South Plains College, and Angelo State University. He
and his wife, Tammy, have raised three sons with the same conservative values
they were raised with: faith, family, hard work, and personal responsibility.
Now Kevin’s ready to take that same servant’s heart
and team-first mindset to the Commissioner’s Court.
“I’m
not a politician – I’m a public servant.”
Kevin
isn’t looking to climb a ladder. He’s looking to keep Lubbock County strong. He
believes the job of a County Commissioner is never about chasing headlines.
It’s to show up, sole problems, works as a team, and stand up for taxpayers.
He’s
committed to common-sense leadership rooted in conservative values and built
for real-world results
Help bring honest, disciplined, and results-focused leadership to the Lubbock County Commissioners Court
